A single jointed mouthpiece with four round copper rollers on each cannon, designed to rotate in the mouth and to stimulate increased salivation. The rollers make this mouthpiece relatively thick, and with the single-jointed ‘nutcracker’ action this bit can have a strong effect.
The mouth conformation of the horse should be considered carefully to ensure sufficient space for a thicker, single-jointed mouthpiece.
