Trust Sweet Iron Hackamore Combi Long Eliptical

The Hackamore Combi long cheekpiece is a combination of a Hackamore with a bit. This cheekpiece divides the pressure over the mouth and nose. Because of the leverage effect, it gives pressure on the nose and lower jaw as well as in the mouth. The greater the leverage effect, bigger the impact. The TRUST Hackamore combinations all have an adjustable screw above the mouthpiece. The lower the screw, the more pressure on the nose. The curb strap should be properly adjusted (not loose, not too tight but just right), so that the nosepiece is well-fitted and stays in place. The cheekpiece is attached to the rectangular part.

The Elliptical mouthpiece is the first example of a double-jointed mouthpiece with an elliptical shaped link. Due to this shape, the mouthpiece presses a bit more on the middle of the tongue. This mouthpiece has two joints, is shaped more to the form of the mouth and lies in the mouth a bit looser. This bit puts more pressure on the tongue than a single-jointed mouthpiece.
