Shipping Rates and Policies

How much is shipping within Canada?

Shipping charges will be determined by our shipping calculator during your check our process.  By entering you final shipping destination the calculator will generate and appropriate shipping and handling charge for all items included in the order.  You can estimate your shipping charges for items by adding them to your shopping cart and filling out the estimate shipping and tax.

How much is shipping outside of Canada?

Contact us for shipping rates to USA and overseas.

US and International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes and will be the responsibility of the customer. Ensure that all products ordered are legally allowed into your country. Should a product be rejected due to local customs restrictions shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can my order be shipped with another courier?

Shipping via an alternate courier is available.  Please contact us for more information.

How will my package be shipped and when will I receive it?

All in-stock orders are shipped out the day they are placed or on the following business day. Standard sized orders are either sent by Canada Post ground or Purolator Courier ground and can take up to 7 business days for delivery depending on the destination.

If an item is not in stock you will be notified. Custom and special orders will take approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. We endeavour to ship all orders promptly.

Purolator: Delivers Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm and will deliver right to your door. Occasionally in some rural locations they will call you to arrange a delivery or drop off location. If you are not going to be home during the day to receive your order, we can arrange to have your order delivered to your work address or an alternative address (neighbour, local town store, etc.) Please indicate this when you place your order.

Canada Post: Delivers Monday to Friday right to your door or post office box location between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Can you rush my order?

Additional shipping charges will be applied when Priority/Express is requested within Canada. Contact us for further information if you wish to expedite shipping of your order.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?

Yes. Complete the online forms as required.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

We ship all packages either by Canada Post or Purolator. Once a package is sent from our store we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
